露地栽培とは
自然のままに育てるさくらんぼの栽培方法です。品種によりますが、佐藤錦であれば6月中旬から7月上旬頃に収穫されます。自然のままに育成するため、天候に大きく左右され、特に4月の天気と気温で収穫期が前後したり収穫量に影響が出たりもします。
4月下旬から5月上旬頃にさくらんぼの花が満開になり、それから約50日で収穫期を迎えます。色付きはじめると、さくらんぼが雨で割れないように雨よけ用のビニールを被覆します。
